Condiciones de reserva y contratación:

-Para confirmar reserva y fecha, 50€ al reservar 

-El pago del importe pendiente se debe abonar antes de salir de puerto

-En caso de no poder salir por motivos técnicos o climáticos se devolverá el importe total

-En caso de que el cliente decida salir y navegar, incluso con la advertencia del Patrón de que no es recomendable, y el cliente decide volver, no se devolverá el importe abonado

-Nuestras embarcaciones son de matricula de España y tienen todos permisos pertinentes Capitania Marítima de España, Generalitat de Catalunya y seguros para ocupantes de GENERALI SEGUROS

Booking and Service Terms:

- A €50 deposit is required to confirm the booking and date.

- The remaining balance must be paid before departing from the port.

- A full refund will be issued if the trip cannot take place due to technical issues or weather conditions.

- No refund will be provided if the client chooses to set sail despite the Skipper’s advice against doing so and subsequently decides to return.

- Our vessels are registered in Spain and hold all necessary permits from the Spanish Maritime Authority and the Generalitat de Catalunya, as well as passenger insurance provided by GENERALI SEGUROS.
